Reception Expenses

 

If the church Fellowship Hall is to be used for the wedding reception, the following costs will apply:

Note:  Designation of “members” or “non-members” of the church in terms of fees, will be determined at the time of the reserving the date.  “Members” include the bride or groom, and/or the parents or grandparents of the bride or groom.     “Non-members” are invited to attend two Sunday worship services prior to their weddings. Non-members (while not required) are also encouraged to  consider becoming part of our church family, as a great start in building a strong foundation for their marriage.

 

Effective January 1, 2007 all weddings booked on holiday weekends (New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) will be charged an additional amount of $200.  This additional amount will be divided and added to other expenses as follows:  Minister $75; Organist $75; Custodian $25; Wedding Coordinator $25.
