Music

          Music used in the ceremony should be in keeping with the dignity of a religious service.  Instrumental and vocal music is to be cleared in advance with the Director of Music (DOM).  The DOM has first right of refusal to play for all weddings held in our sanctuary.  If the DOM is not available a substitute may be used upon approval and a bench fee of $100 will be compensated to the DOM.   Before the organ can be played by anyone other than the DOM the organist must meet with the approval of the DOM.  The bride and groom should contact the DOM  at (813) 253-0811 to plan the service music.

          Arrangements for a vocalists and/or instrumentalists should be handled privately.  It is the responsibility of the bride to have the soloist contact the DOM to arrange a rehearsal time.  The bride is to coordinate the special music with the DOM at least one week prior to the service.
