As the Disciples of Christ, we were once known as the "People of the Bible". Here at First Christian Tampa, we have begun to reclaim that name. In 2005, every member was given a "One Year Bible" and was encouraged to follow the daily reading program. In addition, all couples married in the church were given "One Year Bibles" and were encouraged to begin their marriage by reading the Bible in the first year. It's our hope that daily Bible reading will continue as a life long practice.
